Eleven Wolves is a one person company. The focus is on quality in design, materials and workmanship. All clothing is made in small batches. So please consider when ordering any items. If you have any questions about colours, fabric or sizing, please contact me before purchasing.
There is no refunding purchased items. I offer a 14 day policy for exchange. If you are eligible for an exchange, the item or items must be unused. In the same condition as they were received. In the original packaging with all the tags attached. Anything that is altered is a final sale as it falls into “custom order”. Such as jeans as you select the inseam measurement for a “custom fit”. You need to contact me before any returns are excepted with proof of purchase.
If an exchange is warranted. Once the item is received it will be inspected and contact will me made to notify you if it’s approved or rejected. If approved it will be processed and shipped in 3 to 5 work days.
Return shipping will be the purchasers responsibly. They will need to provide a tracking number and insurance from the shipping company. I can not guarantee that I will receive the order without a tracking number from the shipping company.
